9 May 2012 - [Annual Awards Banquet at Bloomsburg University]:With the presentation of various local section awards, the Annual Awards Banquet recognizes both aspiring and accomplished chemistry professionals in the area who have helped to promote chemistry, the chemical professions, and the section. MARM 2011
The 42nd Middle Atlantic Regional Meeting (MARM 2011) of the American Chemical Society will be held from Saturday, May 21 to Tuesday, May 24, 2011. Hosted by the Chemical Society of Washington (CSW), the meeting will take place on the campus of the University of Maryland in College Park, MD. The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Bloomsburg University encourages students and faculty in Pennsylvania and surrounding regions to join in a one-day symposium on 22 Octoberber 2011. As with our prior conferences, this event will focus on the increasing efforts of educators at principally undergraduate institutions (PUIs) to engage in research and education that exploits modern nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
There are no registration fees and no required memberships.
